At Centre Point, the children not only equip themselves with academic and co-curricular skills, but also make it a habit to spare a thought for the ones who are less privileged than them. Fridays are special days for Centre Pointers. This day of the week is earmarked for bringing a small contribution in the form of onions, potatoes and rice for the underprivileged children.
Throughout their school life, every Friday, the children collect these food items and send them with love to various orphanages. Regularity and consistency are important factors here as their contribution makes up one week’s meals for these children.
