Avrio Conference
• Staff of Centre Point Group of Schools and Mother’s Pet Kindergarten congregated in the NKP Salve auditorium of Centre Point School, Katol Road on the morning of 8th Oct’22 for the AVRIO conference conducted by the dignitaries Mr. Prajodh Rajan, Co-Founder & Group CEO of Lighthouse Learning, Mr. Rahul Deshpande, CEO K-12 Schools, Mr. Rohit Kumar, Chief Human Resource Officer-LHL, Mrs Kavita Chopra, Vice President K-12 Operations, Ms. Madhavi Rai, Head Human Resource Business Partner, K-12 Schools and Mrs. Shilpee Ganguly, Director Principal Centre Point Group of Schools and Mrs. Kalpana Dhareshwar,Director Principal Mother’s Pet Kindergarten.
• The ‘Edupreneur ‘Mr. Prajodh Rajan threw light on the initiation of LIGHTHOUSE LEARNING which today is a multi -brand platform including Euro kids, Euroschools, Kangaroo Kids, Billabong High Schools and Centre Point Group of Schools and Mother’s Pet Kindergarten. He also mentioned the LHL philosophy which is-CHILD FIRST PHILOSOPHY. Next Mr. Rahul Deshpande mentioned a few important things ‘To Build Scale’. He also enumerated what LHL has added to CPS & MPK and what CPS & MPK have added to LHL group. Mr. Rohit Kumar in his address spoke about Values and Traits that the faculty should have. He also threw light on service rules and leave policy as defined by LHL.
• The felicitation of the LHL Educators Impact Award winners was conducted by Ms Madhavi Rai These awardees included Runners up Ashish Mankar, Roma Mundra and Sunitha Ananthambal and the Winners were -Nupur Sircar, Abha Parashar and Vandana Harsulkar. This was followed by a Q & A session conducted by Mrs, Shilpee Ganguly in which Prajodh sir, Rahul sir and Rohit sir majorly responded to the queries.
