Centre Point School Conducts UnTaboo Workshop For Teachers And Parents
• Centre Point School, always aware of the needs of its students’ caregivers, organized a two-day Sex education workshop to equip them better to answer the queries of their growing children. A step in this direction was the sessions conducted on 6h and 7th Sept 2022 for both parents and teachers of Centre Point Group of Schools.
• The sessions were conducted in the Katol Road campus by Mrs.Anju Kish - a certified sexuality educator and the founder of Untaboo Education Private Limited with facilitator Mrs. Anjuli Dubey who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of learning and development and heads Untaboo‘s learning content development team while also being a facilitator.
• The workshop for the teachers on 6th and 7th Sept. dealt with the 4 topics including Body positivity; Peer pressure; Communication skills and Puberty Allies. Anju Kish and Anjali Dubey conducted a shadow session of 30 minutes with class 7F students on the topic Peer Pressure. This was followed by mock sessions conducted by teachers in which 7D and 6C students participated.This was followed by a talk for parents ‘Break the wall of Silence’Speaker ,Mrs. Anju Kish and facilitator, Mrs Anjuli Dubey conducted the session supported by a creative PPT.Parents whose wards are in classes 5, 6 &7 and teachers of class 5,6,7 and school counsellors of all branches attended the session.
