The Kids for Tigers organization conducted its much-awaited Tiger Fest on 7th January, 2025 at the India Peace Center,
Nagpur. Students from classes 2 to 7 of Centre Point School, Amravati Road Bypass, enthusiastically participated in various
competitions and activities aimed at promoting wildlife conservation and environmental awareness.
The competitions included Fancy Dress, Stone Art, Poster Making, and an Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition, along with an
engaging Insect Walk. Each event provided students with an excellent platform to showcase their creativity and commitment
to the cause of nature conservation.
The participants for various competitions are as under-
Fancy Dress:

Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition:

Team 2: Akshita Agrawal (7A) & Saara Nankani (7D)
Insect Walk event:
The Insect Walk provided students with a hands-on opportunity to explore and learn about various insects in their natural habitat, fostering curiosity and appreciation for biodiversity.

The Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition saw Team 1 comprising Atishay Jain (7C) and Swaranjali Thawali (7C) emerge victorious,
earning accolades for their creativity and thoughtful design. Other participants were appreciated for their enthusiastic efforts
and received participation certificates for their contribution.
The children were guided by Mrs. Kshitija Kalikar and Mr.Shrikant Wekhande, with valuable support from the in-charge teacher
Agamani Bose and accompanying teachers Ms.Vinita Yadav, Mrs. Pooja Deshpande, and Mrs. Chandra Negi.
Tiger Fest was an inspiring experience, helping students not only showcase their talents but also deepen their understanding of environmental conservation.
